Knogo Products and Support

Knogo history: Knogo Europe was taken over by Sensormatic (now ADT/Tyco) in 1995. Sensormatic then dropped most of the product line almost immediately. In the US Knogo became Sentry Technology Corporation and 'Knogo' is used only as a product name. The Magnetic systems are still manufactured, in limited quantities (and are still one of the best on the market). The 80 and 90 series RF products (mostly 3.25Mhz and 2 Mhz) are no longer manufactured. Staff at Maxtec have 26 years experience in installing and servicing Knogo systems. We have spares for systems (mostly used in libraries) and supply Knogo library systems. This site is run and supported by Maxtec. Knogo technical information can be found in our Servicebook. Also sold was the Knogo Ranger, a UHF product installed in the ceiling, no longer a popular technology in Europe.
